I'm with Christine every day a lot and we want to go back tomorrow morning I'm not going to write too much time on all the impressions we have both been collected. There are then hopefully next week a large, common review. Moreover, given that some problems are the photos of Christine's camera to computer transfer is also available in respect of only a small preview.
Kyoto is packed with attractions and tourists, this all possible and do occur as quickly as possible and shoot. We prefer to let time and enjoyed the beautiful cherry blossoms, so that we have seen only a small portion of the temples, shrines and palaces. We have made a beautiful walk along the path of philosophy that leads along a small canal and lined with cherry trees.
In Nara, there is a temple area, which is known not only for the largest wooden building in the world and includes a fine giant Buddha but also for the many half-wild deer running around all over, huge park and can be fed and stroked.
Then we went to the tip of the Izu Peninsula to the beach at Shirahama in the vicinity of Shimoda. Here we had a really nice board with a great Japanese-style room, from which we could see the sea. For swimming, it was too cold of course but we have seen a lot of surfing and have done a nice walk along the coast.
Since Friday we are in Tokyo and have run a lot through the city and I have shown Chris the city. She came back in the enjoyment of karaoke, but was not quite as thrilled as I am.
